Is the service really free?
Yes! Our services are, at the moment, entirely free with no monthly fees. We will notify our members before we start billing for the service. We never send bills automatically.
How many devices may I track?
Licences are not limited, you can add users and traditional GPS trackers with no limitation.
What's the max reporting frequency what your server accept from the GPS tracker?
Not limited, but we keep the right blocking the communication of GPS trackers permanently send more than 1 report in each 30 seconds.
How long do you keep the data?
As of now, we store data for 2 months, older data will get deleted.
Is my data kept safe?
Yes! Our servers are protected from outside attacks and phishing attempts with the most up-to-date technology. We never give out information about our clients to third parties without the client’s consent, only in the case of public proceedings.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you forgot your password, click to the "Forgot password?" link in the login popup and enter your email. If you click on „Request”, we’ll send you a link where you can get back to our site and set up a new password. Attention! We only send e-mails to the registered e-mail addresses!
I forgot my registered e-mail address. What do I do?
Please contact us, and we’ll try to find your account based on your other data, but you’ll then have to prove that the account really belongs to you.
My e-mail address has changed since registration, what do I do?
Sign in to your account and click on „Profile” icon at the top right corner. Replace the old email with the new one then click "Modify". You will receive an e-mail to the new email address. Sign in to your mailbox and click on the verifiaction link in the letter. You have activated your new address. If you do not receive our notice, look in your account Spam folder. If you can’t fund it, re-try, and if that is unsuccessful, contact us.
I want to change my password, what do I do?
Sign in to your account and click on„Profile” icon at the top right corner. Click to the "Request password change" button. You will receive an e-mail to your registered email address. Click to the link in the email and enter your new password two times in the form.
I’m registered on the site, but can’t sign in.
You have to verify your registration, or you can’t sign in. We automatically send an e-mail to the address given at registration, where you can find the needed data and a link with which you can activate your Account. You can only sign in after you activated your Account. If you did not get the e-mail, check your Spam folder, or contact us.
